MEET THE
The four of us (Sanna, Hannes, Enni & Mads) run, together with a small team, the Beaver Creek Wake Park.
In 2018 we were able to realize the dream of having our own wake and water ski facility and build the park. Today we are a small family business born out of a passion for the sport, with the goal of transferring that same passion to our customers.
Beaver Creek should be a place of rest, relaxation and togetherness, as an antipole to the fast and restless everyday life. Whoever visits us should – without a long journey – have the feeling of being on vacation and enjoy the moment. If this is the case, then we have achieved our goal.
In this sense, see you soon!

Work at Beaver Creek
Water ski and wakeboard facilities are a seasonal business. Seasonal business implies a challenge in employing staff, as it is difficult to offer year-round employment to staff.
As a consequence, every year you have to ask yourself: who can work for us this year? It is always necessary to train new people and the customers also notice a high turnover.
Since we are firmly convinced that long-term cooperation with employees promotes quality, customer satisfaction and daily interaction, we have created the BC Cable Crew.
You can acquire – in different modules – the skills of a cable girl / boy and work for us by the hour. In return, you receive various benefits and are part of the crew.
Our goal is to create a WIN-WIN situation, where you benefit from learning new skills, see behind the scenes of a water ski facility and get special benefits and we benefit from the fact that there are always many motivated people at the lift who know how things work and are happy to help. Of course, we don’t completely dispense with ‘regular’ employees in the process, nor do we try to replace them. We would like to have either permanent employees or the BC-Cable crew and away from seasonal forces.
Last but not least, it’s all about the community aspect; through the exciting, shared work we grow together over time into a strong community that identifies with the wake park and enjoys it together, that’s what it’s all about…Besides working together, the community gets together at regular special lane rentals and goes on one adventure trip a year.
The fields of activity include all tasks that arise in the wake park: From the construction of the facility in March, the maintenance of the facility, the management of the obstacles (cleaning, hacks, obstacle swaps) the maintenance and cleaning of the property to the implementation of courses, the work in the store and the operation of the facility. Of course, the dismantling of the facility in November is also part of it
We try to distribute the tasks according to talents and inclinations, so that everyone usually does something they enjoy; for example, those who like teaching can learn to give beginner lessons, those who know everything about wakeboard equipment can work in the store, those who are more technically oriented will be instructed in the maintenance of the facility…Everyday routine work (w.e.g. cleaning the property or the obstacles) can then be done together in the large group, true to the motto: many hands quick end! Since everyone has a talent and we can teach you specific skills, anyone who likes to be at the lake and wants to see behind the scenes of a water ski facility can join.
